屏风始于商周时期，几经历史渊源，现屏风的使用已深入日常生活中。文章通过相关历史文献梳理、出土文物及图像对比，将屏风从思想背景、象征意义及功能形式分为三类别，并在此基础上分析其功能与意义。

The screen began in the Shang and Zhou dynasties. After several historical origins, the use of the current screen has penetrated into daily life. The article sorts out relevant historical documents, compares unearthed cultural relics and images, divides the screen into three categories from the ideological background, symbolic meaning and functional form, and analyzes its function and meaning on this basis.
