摘要/Abstract

住友财团是日本主要财团之一，其企业管理模式也广受关注。本文以住友家法为切入点，采用历史学、古文辞学等跨学科及文本分析法，从古文辞学角度对住友家法基本内容进行剖析，再从历史学的角度对规范住友内部人际关系行为的住友家法进行历史脉络、时代背景、影响作用等方面的分析考察，以江户时代为时间主轴进行研究，通过伦理文化的“孝”的视点，探讨住友家法中孝思想的体现。

The Sumitomo Consortium is one of the major consortiums in Japan, and its corporate management model has also received much attention. This article takes the Sumitomo Family Law as the starting point, adopts interdisciplinary and text analysis methods such as history and ancient text lexics, analyzes the basic content of the Sumitomo Family Law, and then analyze the historical context, historical background, and the influences of it. With the Edo era as the main axis of time, from the perspective of 'filial piety' of ethical culture, discussing the embodiment of filial piety in the Sumitomo Family Law.
