As the world's largest trading power, China has many shortcomings in foreign cultural trade. In recent years, China's online game industry is rapidly developing and exporting to overseas markets. In the face of China's online game industry “going out”, such as the issue of intellectual property protection and the imbalance of overseas market development, enterprises, the state, and the society need to take corresponding measures to actively respond. This paper starts from the four aspects of the status quo, existing problems, improvement measures and future development prospects of China's online game industry, and discusses the development strategy of China's online game industry from the perspective of cultural “going out”.
