党的十八大以来，面对国际形势的深刻变化和世界各国同舟共济的客观要求，以习近平同志为总书记的党中央，坚持将马克思主义与中国实践相结合，坚定不移维护世界和平、促进共同发展，推动构建“以合作共赢”为核心的新型国际关系，打造人类命运共同体，提交寻求处理国家间关系、保持国际社会稳定发展的“中国方案”。本文探究如何通过实施治国理政战略，完善中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系，形成具有“高标准”的“中国表达”策略。
