Physical fitness class is characterized by dullness and strong training intensity. Therefore, there are some problems in carrying it out in universities of our country. Through the investigation and study of Beijing Normal University physical fitness method, content and satisfaction, find out the problems and causes, and put forward the suggestions for improvement, and at the same time provides theoretical help for the development of physical education curriculum in Chinese universities. This paper investigates the situation of Beijing Normal University undergraduates' physical fitness lesson through the method of literature, questionnaire and data analysis. It is found that there are some problems in current curriculums such as unclear understanding of physical fitness course, lack of equipment, unreasonable curriculum, lack of instruction after class and so on. Therefore, it is suggested to establish students' correct ideological understanding during the physical fitness course in universities, to build a scientific and perfect curriculum system, arrange the course content reasonably, strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the teaching conditions.
