摘要/Abstract

随着信息技术的迅猛发展及网络培训方式的兴起，教师网络学习引起了人们的关注。既往研究对教师网络学习的特点、平台建设、学习共同体、学习行为、学习态度、学习的障碍诸多方面进行了广泛探讨。在教师网络学习未来的研究发展中，要注意加强教师网络学习情感态度研究，深化不同学科、不同教学段教师网络学习研究，并且要善于使用多重学科和多种研究视角、方法，以及要在教师网络学习理论研究与实际运用的衔接互通方面继续作出努力。

With the rapid development of information technology and the rise of network training-methods, teachers' online learning has caused the attention of people. Previous studies on the characteristics of teacher network learning, platform construction, learning community, learning behavior, learning attitude, learning barriers discussed widely in many aspects. In research and development of the future teacher network learning, teachers should pay attention to strengthen network learning emotional attitude research, deepen the different disciplines, different teaching period of teacher network learning research, and be good at using multiple disciplines and various research perspectives, methods, and the teacher network learning theory research and practical application of continue to make efforts to join each other.
