摘要/Abstract

世界大学排名是评估高等教育发展的重要手段，反映了高等教育的质量。它给我们带来好处的同时，也存在一些问题,如数据收集不全面，大学职能发展不平衡，英语为母语的国家有优势，学科失衡发展。鉴于不同的社会群体对世界大学排名关注的视角不同，本文从国家、大学、个人三个层面系统分析世界大学排名带来的影响，并结合典型案例探讨了其应对措施,即政府增加经费投入，招收优秀学生和教师，提高科研产出，提高校友捐赠率,并提出了三点启示与建议，希望对我国大学的发展提供借鉴与启示。

World university ranking is an important means of evaluation of higher education development, reflects the quality of higher education.
