The study of the effects of attentionioal focus on sport motor learning and expression is beneficial for enhancing instruction results of physical education and sport training. This article uses a large number of documents to summarize and generalize the influence of attentional focus to sport motor learning. Moreover, it also analyzes the trait of participants and classifies the effects of attentional focus to sport motor expression. Eventually, the author gives advice for relative research and provides theoretical basis for optimizing instruction methods of physical education and sports training.
