In every culture there is a kind of specific value, this value is not only a distinctive feature of culture, but also the core of culture. Value is the core of world view, and it explains the reasons of thoughts, orientation and culture. «правда» and «истина» is the value in the Russian national mental. Сoncepts «правда» and «истина» deeply rooted in the tradition of russian culture, and have a profound influence on the way of thinking, national character, mental and cultures of the world view. From the point of the etymology, semantics and Russian philosophy of the 19th century analyze the national mental in«правда» and «истина».
