正反问句是疑问句的一种形式，存在于一些语言之中，尤以汉语为代表，其历史由来已久。不少学者对汉语正反问句从不同角度进行了研究，本文意图从句法的角度对汉语正反问句在疑问句中的地位、汉语正反问句的生成过程以及正反问句中的附加语进行全面系统地阐述。在对汉语正反问句性质进行定位时，本文提出与传统的疑问句四分法相对立的五分法，并确定了正反问句在疑问句中的独立地位。分布形态学和特征核查理论分别解释了V-not-VO和VO-not-V两种常见的正反问句的句法生成过程。对于汉语正反问句中的附加语，通过阻隔效应解释了其分布及

A-not-A question is a subtype of interrogative questions, which can be found in some languages, especially in Chinese. According to the historical studies of A-not-A questions, Chinese A-not-A questions originate from classical Chinese. Many researchers have studied different aspects of A-not-A questions, this thesis will do research on the role of A-not-A questions in interrogative questions, the derivational process of A-not-A questions and the adjuncts in A-not-A questions. In this paper, five-group division system is adopted and A-not-A questions play an independent role in interrogative questions. In order to analyze the derivation process of A-not-A questions, a new theoretical framework DM (Distributed Morphology) and feature checking theory are applied. As for the adjuncts in A-not-A questions, this paper will explain the distribution and classification of adjuncts on the basis of Intervention Effect.
