Chinese and Japanese belong to the different language system, so it is difficult to learn and use the particle DE. The paper is on the basis of beforehand research and does the questionnaire research on the Japanese-learners in Hunan University. Then count up the misuse rate and the right use rate, discuss the problems on the particle DE in the process of learning and teaching. And analyze the misuse forming reason from the influence of input frequency, the characters of particle DE and so on. Finally, through the statistics on the questionnaire research and the misuse rate get the conclusion.
