摘要/Abstract

教育实习是教师教育课程的重要部分，也是培养师范生教育教学实践能力的关键环节。教育实习工作开展的好坏将直接影响到师资培育的质量，因此，教育实习的改革就得到了越来越多的重视。多年来，台湾地区在教育实习工作上一直不断地进行着摸索与改革，对教育实习的各个方面都做出了相应的规划和调整。现今的台湾教育实习制度已经逐步成熟，完善的法规制度、科学的实习方法、健全的组织机构和系统全面的实习评价体系，都为教育实习的顺利开展提供了保障，同时也为大陆教育实习的改革提供了重要参考。

Education practice is an important part of teacher education curriculum, and it is also the key link to cultivate the ability of teaching practice of normal university students. The quality of education practice will be directly affected by the quality of education practice, therefore, the reform of educational practice has been more and more attention. Over the years, the Taiwan area has been exploring and reforming in the field of education practice, and has made the corresponding planning and adjustment to every aspect of the education practice. Nowadays，Taiwan education training system has been gradually mature. Perfect legal system, scientific practice method, sound organizational structure and system comprehensive practice evaluation system, all provide guarantee for the smooth development of educational practice.And these also provided the important reference for the reform of mainland educational practice.
