摘要/Abstract

实现大学内部良治的企求必须回归于大学作为知识型组织的本质属性，其表征便是在大学学术场域内各相关利益主体力量均衡，并恰好由一种最符合知识劳动基本规律的治理框架而维系，这一逻辑应始于学科且终于学科，其现实路径是通过推动大学学科的组织化逐步实现基于学科的大学内部治理体系。

The desire to seek for university internal good governance must return to its essential attributes that university is a knowledge-based organization.The characteristic of university internal good governance is a balance of power that various stakeholders struggle with each other in the university academic field,and the balance is exactly maintained by a governance system corresponding with the basic rule of knowledge labor.The logic what is said above must begin with disciplines and end up with disciplines,its realization route is gradually establishing the university internal governance system based on disciplines by promoting disciplinary organization.
