摘要/Abstract

管理是以人为主体和目的的人类实践活动，离不开对人性问题的认识和理解。教育管理活动作为以培养人为目的的活动，本质在于引导完备人性的建构与发展，其性质不同于一般管理。因此我们需要重新探讨和确立适合教育管理这种特殊情况下的人性基础。分析现有文献资料，学者们认识到人性问题对教育管理的意义，但关于教育管理的人性基础的研究还很薄弱，要学会利用共性和个性相结合的方式，探索与各种类型和层级的教育管理活动相适合的人性基础和假设，以更好地指导教育管理实践活动。

Management of human is the main and the goal of human practice activities without the understanding of human nature. The purpose of education management activities is to cultivate people. It’s nature is construct and develop complete human which is different from general management.. So we need to explore and establish the new humanity to suitable for this particular education management .Analysis of the existing literature, scholars have realized the meaning of human nature problem. But about the human nature of education management research is still very weak. Learn to use a combination of universality and individuality, explore various types and levels of education management activities for human nature assumptions in order to better guide practical activity of education management.
