摘要/Abstract

经济法的基本原则是经济法理论问题的重要组成部分，自经济法学产生以来，人们一直在对其进行探索。本文将在分析经济法基本原则内涵的基础上提出其确立标准，然后以此对当前我国有关经济法基本原则具有代表性的观点进行揭示和评判，进而提出笔者所认为的经济法的两大基本原则，即国家干预经济适度法定原则与维护社会整体效益公平协调原则。
