摘要/Abstract

积极品质由一系列积极特征组成，是人赖以寻求幸福的内在禀赋。目前国内外对与积极品质的研究集中于其内容界定和获得机制两个方面，通过对这些研究进行梳理与总结，认为国外学者对于其内容界定和获得机制的理论基础有较为系统深入的研究，为实践操作提供了重要指导，但是缺乏对文化因素的考虑，在积极品质培养的研究中缺乏对特殊群体的关注。国内研究起步较晚，研究大多停留于西方理论介绍，和对培养策略的一般性建议，本土化理论基础研究相对薄弱。在更加具体的文化和群体背景下探讨积极品质及其培养将是未来研究的方向。

the positive quality is composed of a series of positive characteristics, and it is the intelligence which people rely on to seek happiness. So far, the research at home and abroad has focused on two aspects----its content and its cultivation mechanism. Through the summary of these researches, this article holds the opinion that foreign scholars have made quite profound and systematic researches of the theoretical basis in bout the two aspects, and have provided important guidance for practice. Yet the deficiencies are these researches have not given enough consideration to cultural factor, and lack of attention to special groups in the cultivation section. Domestic researches start relatively late, and most of these are about the introduction of western theory and some general advices for cultivation, and the research of localization basic theory is relatively weak. Explore positive quality and its cultivation under more specific culture and group background will be a direction of the future research.
