摘要/Abstract

摘要：本文以中部大省湖南省为研究对象，用新视角丰富新型城镇化的涵义，通过定性和定量相结合的方法构建指标体系，运用因子分析法测算湖南省2001-2013年以来新型城镇化的综合得分。研究表明：虽然湖南省的新型城镇化水平不高，2001年-2007年城镇化综合得分为负值，2008年才转正，但城镇化水平一直处于稳步上升的态势。

Abstract：This paper selects Hunan province, a core province in middle region of China, as the research object. It enriches the implication of new-type urbanization with a new perspective, and constructs an index system through a combination of qualitative and quantitative method. Besides, it uses the factor analysis to estimate the comprehensive score of new-type urbanization in Hunan province from 2001 to 2013. Studies show that: the new-type urbanization is in a low level stage in Hunan province, from 2001 to 2007, the comprehensive score was below zero, it was until 2008, the score became positive, however it is in a steady rising trend.
