摘要/Abstract

良好的转学制度设计能够有效约束中学生父辈的社会资本渗透到转学过程中，进而能够在更大程度上保证教育公平。民国时期历经各种战乱，中学生转学现象较为突出，当时的转学制度在解决中学生转学问题中发挥了巨大作用。文章就我国民国时期中学生转学问题的处理情况，包括转学程序、转学规章制度和转学特点进行研究，以图对我国当前中学生转学问题有所启示。

The right design of transfer system will effectively constrain patents’ social capital to infiltrate the transfer process of middle school students , which can help to guarantee educational fairness in a large extent. During the Republic of China era with too many conflicts , the phenomenon of middle school students transferring to other school was serious, but to our relief , the appropriate transfer system had played an obvious role in solving such problem. Therefore ,this article mainly pays attention to the strategies of middle school students’ transferring trouble during the Republican period , including procedures , rules and characteristics of transferring , so as to deal with the transfer problem in our current middle school.
