摘要/Abstract

西南联大在短短8年的办学历史中，于极其艰苦的条件下培养出大批杰出人才，取得不能不让人惊叹的巨大教育成就。研究者将西南联大的成功归咎于大学自治、学术自由、民主管理等因素，但是这些要素是如何形成的却研究较少。论文通过继续追问这些要素生成的历史情境，探讨了西南联大精神、学术独立与自由、民主管理是如何在当时历史情境中形成的原因。

Southwest Associate University existed in only eight years, but under extremely difficult condition, a large number of outstanding talents had been trained. Such great educational achievement makes people feel impressive. The researchers attribute the success to its autonomy, academic freedom and democratic management. By continuing questioning the historical context of these elements derive, we discuss the reason why the Southwest Associate University’s spirit, academic independence and freedom and democratic management can exist in such historic scenario.
