摘要/Abstract

英国是世界上开展海洋活动最悠久，也是海上综合实力最发达的国家之一。英国独特的地理位置和重视海上贸易的传统，决定了其经济政策对于海上通道安全保障政策不可忽视的影响。本文研究了在不同时期下英国的国家经济政策对其海上通道安全保障政策起到的主导作用以及背后的原因，并据此为我国实现走向远海的战略目标提出了经验和借鉴。

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) is one of the countries who have the longest history and the most developed technology in shipping . The special location of England as well as the tradition in seaborne trade made her economy policy plays an important part in the sea lane security . This paper investigates the leading role of economy policy plays in the sea lane security policies and the reasons hiding behind . After that we come up with some advices for the Chinese “heading to the dark blue ”strategy .
