The development of festive travel activities began in the 1990s in China, and it is hold almost all over China, especially in ethnic minority areas. On the initiative of “Economy prosper by the means of culture”, it is said that developing the traditional Chinese festive travel actives is an important way to seek for the transmission of traditional culture and development of local economy, and Wu Ming March Song Festival is the example. There are a lot of researches on it from the perspective of the connotation of “Chinese traditional festival-celebrating culture”. However, there are few researches about it from the perspective of “tourism development”. Based on this fact, this paper takes this respect to explore in order to realize the interaction between economy and culture. By researching, the detailed research analyzed its basic situation of development, expounded the present situation, and further explored the cause for it. On the basis of this,the relevant strategies are presented.
