鄂伦春族史诗“摩苏昆”融说唱艺术、民族精神、哲学思想、美学内涵及文化传统为一体，是口传心授的鄂伦春族文化精髓，承载着民族文化认同功能，也是人类生态文明反思的启示录。在全球化视域中，研究、保护、传承与开发鄂伦春族口承文化资源，可以弘扬鄂伦春族民族文化精神，探讨少数民族生态审美文化，建构多元的民族文化对话体系。

Oroqen’s Epic Meshukuen is the soul of Oroqen culture which is inherited by mouth and heart，which integrates rap art national spirit，philosophy，aesthetic connotations and cultural traditions as a whole. It carried the function of ethnic cultural identity and a revelation of human ecological civilization reflection. In globalization horizon，it can help us carry forward the spirit of the minority，explore the aesthetic culture of the minority ecology，and build diverse ethnic and cultural dialogue systems by studying，conserving，inheriting and developing Oroqen’s oral cultural resources.
