《祖堂集》出版了多个校点本，存在不少共同的问题。《祖堂集•卷第三•司空山本净和尚》的“照成寺”当作“昭成寺”，“不可断他众生善恶二根可是菩提耶”当断句为“不可断他。众生善恶二根，可是菩提耶？” 《卷四•药山和尚》中“师因唤沙弥道吾曰用沙弥童行作什摩师曰为有这个吾曰何不弃却”当标点为——师因唤沙弥道吾。曰:“用沙弥童行作什摩?”师曰:“为有这个‘吾’。”曰:“何不弃却?”

Zu-tang Ji（祖堂集）Completed in 952 is the oldest Zen historical data sets in our country.It lost in China after sometime and spread to Korea.Japan scholars found it in Korea In 1912. Korea Government identified it as a national treasure and banned people copying it.Because the book was lost for nearly 1000 years, then, it was rediscovered, so it has high historical value.It is very popular with academic attention in recent years and many versions appeared at home and abroad.According to the Zu-tang Ji carved in Korea 32 years this article examines the punctuation or text of the various versions to be based on historical facts or theories of Buddhism.
