The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between kindergarteners social support and turnover intention, and the mediate effects of core self-evaluation. Three hundred and seventy-six kindergarteners completed core self-evaluation scale, the social support and the turnover intention scale.The results indicate:(1)Kindergarteners have higher the tendency of leaving. And the core self-evaluation remain at the level of average.The level of social support is lower. (2)Turnover intention identity has significant negative correlation with social support and core self-evaluation. Core self-evaluation, objective support and subjective support can predict the turnover intention. (3)Core self-evaluation has a medi-function between social support and turnover intention. Social support impacted turnover intention by influencing core self-evaluation.
