摘要/Abstract
本研究采用问卷调查法考察了376名幼儿教师核心自我评价、社会支持与离职倾向的关系。结果发现:(1)当前幼儿教师的离职倾向比较高、核心自我评价处在中等水平、社会支持水平显著低于全国常模。(2)幼儿教师离职倾向、社会支持和核心自我评价之间存在显著相关;幼儿教师的社会支持、核心自我评价对其离职倾向有显著预测作用。(3)核心自我评价在社会支持对幼儿教师离职倾向影响中起中介作用,社会支持通过影响核心自我评价间接对离职倾向产生影响。并针对研究结果提出相应建议。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between kindergarteners social support and turnover intention, and the mediate effects of core self-evaluation. Three hundred and seventy-six kindergarteners completed core self-evaluation scale, the social support and the turnover intention scale.The results indicate:(1)Kindergarteners have higher the tendency of leaving. And the core self-evaluation remain at the level of average.The level of social support is lower. (2)Turnover intention identity has significant negative correlation with social support and core self-evaluation. Core self-evaluation, objective support and subjective support can predict the turnover intention. (3)Core self-evaluation has a medi-function between social support and turnover intention. Social support impacted turnover intention by influencing core self-evaluation.
