摘要/Abstract

我国医疗信息化事业正稳步发展，正由临床信息化向区域医疗信息化平台建设阶段转化，区域医疗信息化平台建设处在起步阶段，由于我国整体医疗投资规模小、医疗资源不均衡、政府主导不明确、各级医保不能互通以及信息化标准难以统一等客观存在的特点，决定了我国必须建设具有中国特色的区域医疗信息化平台。本文在研究国内外现有建设经验的基础上，提出了建设有中国特色的区域医疗信息平台的框架体系并进行了详尽的调研论证。
