摘要/Abstract

本文以新时期节日文化发展与创新为议题，探讨了如何将传统文化与人民群众的生活相结合，与精神文明创建活动相结合，进一步加大文化改革发展的力度，解决地区文化发展不均衡问题，从而提高国家的文化软实力。

This paper takes the development and innovation of Festival as a topic for discussion. It not only explores how to combine traditional cultural with people’s living, but also with spiritual civilization construction activities. Furthermore, it discusses how to solve disproportionate cultural in different region with the reform of cultural development, thus to improve the country’s cultural soft strength.
