摘要/Abstract

本文针对我国图书馆立法需关注经费、图书馆从业资格认证制度、基层图书馆的管理和建设、信息资源共享、图书馆服务的公平性等问题，提出立法建议。

The paper points out issues of concern regarding library legislation in China, including financial support, the accreditation of librarian, construction and management of grass-roots, the mechanism of information resource sharing, fair and free access of library service, suggestions for library legislation in our country are provided at the end of the paper.
