根据图书馆评价主体的性质和目的差异，本文将图书馆评价的主体划分为政府机构的管理性评价、行业协（学）会的引导服务性评价、图书馆的自我评价、以用户为中心的评价和第三方机构的专指性评价五种类型；分析各主体的定位、特点及相关评价实践；调查总结了国内外广受认可的图书馆评价标准、有影响力的图书馆评价项目及其采用的评价工具及方法。表6。参考文献31。

According to nature and objectives, this paper divides the subjects of library evaluation into five types, such as the government for management, library alliance for providing services, the library self-evaluation，user-centered evaluation and the third-party organization in specific areas. It also explores their orientations, characters and related evaluation practices. The paper analyses the widely accepted standards, major library evaluation projects and advanced methods and tools used by many libraries. 6 tabs. 31 refs.
