通过检索1993—2009年关于图书馆业务流程重组研究的论文情况，对检索结果进行文献计量统计分析，最后就学者们对图书馆业务流程重组的概念、程序、内容等三大研究主题进行了分析。

This article has a bibliometric statistical analysis of the papers and publications that study on business process reengineering ( BPR) in libraries from 1993 to 2009, and finally the author analyses their three major research themes, including its concepts, procedures and contents.
