摘要/Abstract

结合平衡计分卡的相关理论与实践，本文建立了数字环境下图书馆管理评价的评价模型与评价指标体系。针对评价维度的操作化、评价指标的选取原则与来源、评价指标体系的检验、具体测量目标的设置和评价结果的利用等方面进行了详细的论述。

Research on the theories and practices of Balanced Scorecard, this paper constructs evaluation model and benchmark on library management in digital age. It also discusses the connotation of evaluation perspectives, selecting principles and sources of indictors, benchmark testing, specific metrics devising and the use of results.
