“人的自由全面的发展”是马克思主义哲学、美学的重要命题，在马克思主义哲学、美学研究中占有重要的地位。劳动是“人的自由全面发展”的前提与途径的过度阐释，遮蔽了游戏对人的全面发展的意义。本文梳理“劳动”与“游戏”两个范畴内涵的演变，从美学发展历史的进程中阐释游戏与劳动的辩证法，以揭示游戏与劳动的内在关系，进而凸显游戏与劳动的双重变奏对“人的自由全面发展”的意义。
