摘要/Abstract

非物质文化遗产是珍贵的旅游资源，如何正确处理好旅游开发和文化保护的关系，非物质文化遗产与旅游业发展可以开展良性互动。杭州非物质文化遗产丰富，应该通过政府主导与全民参与结合、传承与创新结合、人才培养与理论研究结合的措施来加强保护。此外，还应该将遗产保护与旅游产业化结合，实现非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发互动，提高杭州旅游业的核心竞争力。

Intangible cultural heritage (ICH are precious tourist resources. If the relationship between the tourism development and cultural protection can be handled correctly, the sound interaction between the intangible cultural heritage protection and the tourism development may be realized. Hangzhou is abundant in intangible cultural heritage, some measures such as strengthening the leadership of the government, including all the people’s participating, raising some talented people and fostering fundamental research etc. should be taken to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritages. Furthermore, the intangible cultural heritages should be combined with the tourism industry in order to promote tourism development.
