At the ferst year of Tian Bao, the special-names of the Du Du Fu organs had are changed all forllowed that a name changing of seated-State ware changed into Jun. after that year, there ware the 6 Du Du Fu organs and the 45 undeer-Staes in the south area of Yangzi river. By the eighth year of Yuan He (A.D. 813), there ware the 8 Jie Du Shi Si organs and 57 under-States in the south area of Yangzi river; up to the third year of Guang Hua (A.D.900), there ware the 9 Jie Du Shi Si organs and 59 under-States in the south area of Yangzi river. Among these States, the 4 States of Mian、Qi、Huang、An were distributed in the south area of Huai He river. There were realy 55 States in the south area of Yangzi river.
