私营企业人力资源管理工作起步较晚。由于家族管理的影响和企业规模的限制,私营企业对人才使用的随意性和不合理已成为发展壮大的桎梏。温州某超市用现代企业制度改造企业,有效地实行了人力资源管理的三维立体模式,即由决策层负责人负责人力资源规划,一线经理负责人力资源管理的核心业务,人力资源管理部门专门负责基础管理业务和日常工作,相互配合,使企业不断的发展壮大。
