摘要/Abstract

在我国提出建设创新型国家的战略背景下，加强对典型创新型国家及其创新系统的理论分析和经验研究十分重要。本文对日本建设创新型国家的历程和绩效进行研究，首先从理论上界定创新型国家的内涵，然后梳理了日本国家创新系统的历史演进过程，在对比分析基础上揭示日本创新系统的实质特征及存在的主要问题，并对日本创新系统的绩效进行评价。最后提出对我国建设创新型国家的若干启示。

Under the background of constructing innovative country of China, it’s urgent to enhance the theoretical analysis and referenced study about the typical innovative countries and their innovation systems. This paper focus on the evolution and performance evaluation of Japan’s constructing innovative country. First, we identified the definition of innovative country. Second, we outlined the evolution process of Japan’s national innovation system. On the basis of comparative analysis the authors revealed the Japanese innovation system’s essential characteristics and shortcomings. The performance of Japan’s innovation system was evaluated. Finally, we bring forward some suggestions to the construction of innovative country of China.
