摘要/Abstract

文所安是美国著名的唐诗研究专家和翻译家。他的翻译思想内容丰富深刻，但我国翻译理论界对此关注很不够。本文从翻译的作用、文学文化的可译性、译者的角色和文学翻译的效果四个方面探讨了宇文所安翻译思想,这种研究对中国典籍的英译和对外传播具有重要的意义。

As a famous American expert in Tang poetry study and translator, Stephen Owen’s translation thoughts are varied, but adequate research on them have not been given in China’s translation theory circle so far. This paper is to explore the translation function, the translatability of literature and culture, the translator’s role and the effect of literary translation. The research is expected to be significant in the English translation and the diffusion of Chinese classic works.
