To err is human, which reflects the inevitability and rationality of translation errors. Therefore, the translation error is well worth studying. This article discusses the definition of translation error, explores its negative value and positive value, and stresses the transformation from the negative into the positive under certain conditions. It aims at recognizing the objective values of translation errors, and transforming the negative into the positive, so as to effectively reduce the probability of translation errors.
