摘要/Abstract

西双版纳州傣族的教育自治从1950年至1985年的30多年来，采取各种特殊措施促进了傣族教育的发展。其呈现出以下几个特点：未进行过教育自治方面的立法，教育自治主要通过行政措施得以实现；教育自治政策缺乏连续性和稳定性；工作具有尝试性，既有成功的经验，也有过挫折的教训。这些经验和教训为以后教育自治的法制化奠定了基础。

The prefecture of Xishuanbanna implement the educational autonomy for above 30 years from 1950 to 1985. It took many special measures to promote the development of the Dai people’s education. Its educational autonomy is noted for no legislation about educational autonomy, no continuity and stability about the policy of educational autonomy. The work of educational autonomy has success and failure. These experiences and lessons will be a basement for legality of educational autonomy later on.
