摘要/Abstract

研究国有企业文化建设，论述国有企业文化建设现状。根据对企业文化演进的理论溯源，同时借鉴系统论的理论观点，提出国有企业文化建设的“冲突-进化”演进模式，丰富和发展传统的管理理论和文化理论，增强文化理论对企业这一社会存在的指导作用。

Through survey and comprehensive study, current situation of state-owned enterprises cultural construction and original culture evolution are evaluated primaryly,and mode for state-owned enterprises cultural construction put forward in this paper,namely “clash--evolution”.
