中国家族企业起源于家庭，传统的家族伦理是家族企业的伦理基础。家族伦理作为伦理动因体现在能够对有利于家族企业的制度选择、经营管理和经济绩效上，形成促进家族企业成长的推动力。以中国传统家族文化为核心和主要内容的道德信念和价值观在组织结构和管理职能方面为企业的稳定和发展发挥了重要作用。

Family Business is the integration of a family and a corporation. The economic structure of the corporation is rooted in the traditional family ethical culture. Family ethics is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. Family ethics which makes blood relation as its core offers support of profound basis in ethics and culture tradition.
