摘要/Abstract
儒家思想的重要方面之一就是注重“学”。在儒家那里,为“学”过程与成人过程无法分离:,荀子继承了这一思想。荀子认为“学”本身也要以“成人”为目标,而且是成为“圣人”。“学”是一个不断积累的过程,荀子主张性恶说,因此只有充分发挥“心”的主动性学习圣王的礼义之道,化性起伪,才有通向“成人”的可能。荀子对“成人”的思考体现了一种道德性的人格理想,而“学”同样指向伦理与道德之学,由此可见到“学”对于“成人”的 必然性,但由于人始终是无法“完成”的人,因此“学”也是一个无止境的过程,“学以成人”意味着人始终处在超越自
One of the important aspects of Confucianism is to pay attention to "learning". In Confucianism, the process of learning can not be separated from that of adulthood: Xunzi inherited this idea. Xunzi believed that "learning" itself should aim at "adults" and become "saints". "Learning" is a process of continuous accumulation. Xunzi advocates the theory of evil nature. Therefore, only by giving full play to the initiative of "heart" to learn the sacred king's etiquette and righteousness and turn nature into falsehood can it lead to "adulthood". Xunzi's thinking about "adults" embodies a moral ideal of personality, and "learning" also points to the study of ethics and morality. From this we can see that "learning" is inevitable for "adults", but because people are always unable to "complete" people, so "learning" is also an endless process, meaning "learning as adults". Man is always in the process of transcending himself and realizing himself.
