The civil service examination system is an important part of the national civil service system. It is an important foundation of the civil servant's metabolic system and the entrance of the civil service system. The principles, procedures and methods of hiring are of exemplary and guiding significance for the construction, consolidation, development, improvement and innovation of the whole civil service. Whether a government department can hire a job that meets the job requirements depends to a large extent on this system. A sound, reasonable and scientific system of recruitment, the country can choose a wide range of talents, improve the efficiency of government administration; the other hand, the hiring system is not perfect, will cause the government agencies overstaffed, inefficient. Therefore, perfecting the civil service examination system has a pivotal role and significance to the whole civil service system.
