社会创业作为创新性以商业手段解决社会问题，以创造社会价值和经济价值为使命，可持续解决社会问题的新兴创业形式，已成为创业领域研究热点。但现有的社会创业研究主体大多局限于非盈利性组织，鲜少对企业的社会创业活动进行剖析，且研究内容也大多聚焦于社会创业的过程和结果，而对社会创业的前因分析较少。立足于我国战略转型与变革，基于创业理论和组织变革理论，以商业企业为主体，通过文献梳理，选取社会创业的核心变量——社会创业导向为核心，网络嵌入为前因变量，企业绩效为结果变量，以此构建研究模型，通过问卷调查和数据分析，对企业社会
