中外MOOC学习成果认证的实践探究

摘要/Abstract
MOOC是建设全民终身学习的高质量教育体系中的强大助力,为了实现终身教育体系和学习型社会的建设,健全MOOC学习成果认证制度成为国际共识。本文从平台和高校的主体出发,研究国内外认证的实践情况,发现平台的MOOC学习成果认证实践表现出两大特征:一是立足证书认证的完善上,进一步推出微证书项目;二是丰富学分认证形式,上线具有平台特色的认证项目与服务。而国内各大高校在实践发展上相较于国外,从认证课程范围到认证质量保障都更为审慎。针对当前国内外认证现状的对比分析,可提出探索新型学分认证模式、应完善相应的学习成果认证
MOOCs are powerful help in building a high-quality education system for lifelong learning. In order to achieve the construction of a lifelong education system and a learning society, it has become an international consensus to improve the MOOC learning outcomes accreditation system. Starting from the main body of the platform and universities, this paper studies the practice of accreditation in China and abroad, and finds that the platform’s MOOC learning outcomes accreditation practice shows two major characteristics: one is based on the perfection of certificate accreditation, and the micro-certificate program is further launched; the other is rich credits The certification form, online accreditation projects and services with platform characteristics. Compared with foreign countries, major domestic colleges and universities are more cautious in terms of practical development from the scope of accreditation courses to accreditation quality assurance. Based on the comparative analysis of the current domestic and foreign accreditation current situation, four suggestions can be put forward: exploring new credit certification models, improving the corresponding learning outcomes accreditation system, break through the unity of the certification process, and introduce third-party accreditation agencies, which can promote recognition, validation and accreditation of MOOCs learning outcomes healthy and sustainable development.
