摘要/Abstract

构建“一带一路”文化共同体是构建人类命运共同体的重要内容，既有客观的物质基础、深远的历史基础，也具备厚重的人文基础、现实的外交基础。在具体实施时，可以从加强语言互通、促进人文交流、增进文化理解、培育文化共性、增强文明互鉴等方面着手，共同推动“一带一路”文化共同体建设。

The construction of Belt & Road cultural community is an important part of building a community with a shared future. It has objective material basis, profound historical foundation, deeply humanistic foundation and realistic diplomatic foundation. In the specific practice, we can jointly promote the Belt & Road cultural community by strengthening language intercommunication, boosting people-to-people exchanges, fostering cross-cultural understanding, cultivating cultural commonalities, and enhancing mutual learning among civilizations.
