论我国生态安全的刑法保护

摘要/Abstract
生态安全是国家生存和发展最基本的物质条件，破坏生态安全的行为会产生严重的社会危害性，理应受到刑法的规制。各国虽没有设置专门的危害生态安全的犯罪，但都有关于保护生态安全的刑事规范，我国亦如是。我国生态安全问题严峻，刑法对之的保护还存在诸多不足，需要从立法上予以完善。
Biosafety is the fundamental material for a country's existence and development. The harmful act to biosafety can cause very serious social damage and must be severely polished. China is facing a challenging situation in the field of biosafety, and we should perfect the criminal law in order to enhance its function in protecting biosafety.
