装备购置费里程碑付款方式的理论研究

摘要/Abstract
在对装备、装备采购、里程碑等研究对象界定的基础上，分析了里程碑的内涵与外延；然后，从购置费价格的构成、付款节点的设立、价格激励项的内涵与外延等角度，对军品采办购置费里程碑付款方式进行了理论性探讨。
Basing on the object's definition researched such as military products, procurement of military products, milestone and so on, the milestone's intension and extension are analyzed. Then the milestone pay mode of expenditure of procurement of military products are theoretically discussed from the angles of consisting of the expenditure price, definition of pay node, intension and extension of inspiring element in price and so on.
