With an increasing number of Chinese students studying in Japan,Chinese students are top number one in Japan when compared with other foreign students. This study focuses on Chinese students in Japan with the Language Management Theory as its base, inspecting their communication. This study classifies social cultural problems in respondents communication difficulties, and then analyzes strategies readjustment in the process of language management. It finally comes out the conclusion that although Chinese students in Japan take active measures in promoting communication, there still exists insufficiency.
