摘要/Abstract

提高创新能力是现代企业生存和持续发展的必然要求。知识管理和组织文化对创新的关系研究由来已久,组织文化与知识管理之间的显著正向关系也得到了证实。从知识管理、组织文化和创新绩效三者的关系研究出发,发现将知识管理以战略管理思维的方式在企业开展,并与组织文化在融合过程中互相调整适配,可以最大化的改善企业的创新环境;以组织文化为中介效应通过战略地图和BSC平衡计分卡对企业的创新绩效做可靠的计量和评价,可以有效的提升企业核心竞争力,并实现企业战略目标。


Improving the ability of innovation is an inevitable requirement for the survival and sustainable development of modern enterprises. The relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture on innovation has been studied for a long time, and the significant positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management has been confirmed. Based on the research on the relationship among knowledge management, organizational culture and innovation performance, it is found that the innovation environment of enterprises can be improved to the maximum extent by carrying out knowledge management in the way of strategic management thinking and adjusting to each other in the integration process with organizational culture. Taking organizational culture as the mediating effect, reliable measurement and evaluation of enterprise innovation performance through strategic map and BSC balanced scorecard can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve their strategic goals.
