摘要/Abstract

大数据时代的到来给企业管理人力资源的方式带来了根本性的变化。大数据作为一个新概念,由于其数据源充足、获取能力强、人力资源更新及时、辐射能力强等特点,在招聘和企业管理中得到了广泛的应用。大数据背景下的企业人力资源管理面临着新的前景和挑战。在未来,各类企业都应结合大数据优势,不断完善企业人力资源管理水平。继续加强对工作流程的研究,利用大数据方法改善企业管理人力资源的方式,是企业管理不可忽视的选择。云计算这个在信息技术广泛应用的新时代,信息社会,信息企业越来越完善。数据以涟漪般的速度快速扩散在海量的数据中,而全球数据以前所未有的速度增长。


The arrival of the era of big data has brought fundamental changes to the way enterprises manage human resources. As a new concept, big data has been widely used in recruitment and enterprise management due to its sufficient data sources, strong access ability, timely updating of human resources, and strong radiation ability. Under the background of big data, enterprise human resource management is facing new prospects and challenges. In the future, all kinds of enterprises should combine the advantages of big data to continuously improve their human resources management level. To continue to strengthen the research on workflow and improve the way of human resources management by using big data methods is an important choice for enterprise management. Cloud computing is a new era in which information technology is widely used. In the information society, information enterprises are becoming more and more perfect. Data spreads rapidly in massive amounts of data at the speed of ripples, while global data grows at an unprecedented rate.
